Shalimar

A magical fragrance that pays tribute to the legendary love story between Mughal Emperor Shahjahan and his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Following her death, Shah Jahan had built Taj Mahal in memory of his wife and their undying love. Shalimar is named after ‘The Gardens of Shalimar’. It was Mumtaz’s favorite garden.

This amazing fragrance opens with the citric and juicy top notes before revealing a powdery, sweetish and floral heart. The base is dominated by the soft, sensual and comforting notes.

Drawing inspiration from Shalimar by Guerlain, YB Shalimar is its perfect smell-alike. Prepared by Yusuf Bhai.

How to Use: Spray the perfume by holding at least 5 to 7 inches away from your body. Target the pulse points. The pulse points on your body (where your heart rate can be felt) are the best spots to apply a scent, due to the warmth of your blood. Some such points are located behind your ear, at the bottom of your throat, on your wrist, inside your elbow, and behind your knee. The perfume has a much better chance to lock on to your skin if it is smooth and soft, rather than dry and rough.
